My Weight Resistance class is designed to increase overall strength and muscle tone. Using dumbbells, I will lead you through a variety of low impact exercises that will help you achieve results effeiciently whilst working out to an awesome soundtrack! This class is suitable for beginners, even if you haven't used free weights before.
A new class will be running for 10 weeks from January accompanied by a brilliant 80s soundtrack!
