My Weight Resistance class is designed to increase overall strength and muscle tone. Using dumbbells, I will lead you through a variety of low impact exercises that will help you achieve results effeiciently whilst working out to an awesome soundtrack! This class is suitable for beginners, even if you haven't used free weights before.
Classes run in blocks and you can attend on a pay as you go basis as and when knowing that it won't feel like the whole class has changed each time you take part!
