SEDUTO® FITNESS is a low impact strength and conditioning class that uses both chair and mat work to focus on developing muscle tone, core stability and flexibility. Working to an awesome soundtrack, you will follow routines designed to workout your entire body without the use of high impact or quick changing moves or any heavy lifting. You will only use your own body weight as resistance. This class is great fun and requires booking as spaces are limited.
