My Weight Resistance class is designed to increase overall strength and muscle tone. Using free weights, I will lead you through a variety of low impact exercises that will help you achieve results whilst working out to a brilliant 80s soundtrack! This class is suitable for beginners, even if you haven't used free weights before.
Classes run in blocks and you can attend on a pay as you go basis as and when knowing that it won't feel like the whole class has changed each time you take part!
